Nuclear Technique and Agriculture in China

Nuclear technique is a powerful scientific tool in agricultural research, an area with fruitful achievements in China. Application of nuclear technique in agriculture (Nuclear Agricultural Sciences) based on the development of related science and technology is a high-tech area, and also a significant aspect of non-electrical power application of nuclear technique. As an important component of agricultural science and technology, Nuclear technique application in agricultural field has achieved a lot and made remarkable contributions to the economic, social and ecological development of China. 用强度折减有限元法分析土坡稳定问题

采用土工有限元软件Plaxis8．1研究了强度折减有限元法分析土坡稳定的若干问题，着重讨论了土体参数选用及计算域范围和土体本构参数对该法求土坡安全系数的影响。     

25%阿米西达SC对苹果树安全性及防治苹果白粉病的药效试验

本试验在田间条件下,研究了25%阿米西达SC对不同苹果树品种的安全性及其防治苹果白粉病的药效和使用浓度.结果表明25%阿米西达SC对澳州青苹、北斗、黄元帅、新红星、红富士、秦冠6个苹果品种安全性较好,无任何不良影响,但对嘎啦品种的苹果树有严重的药害产生,导致果锈和叶片焦枯脱落.25%阿米西达SC对苹果白粉病有较显著的防效,防效可达85%～90%,使用浓度为0.125g/L～0.083g/L,间隔期7d喷1次,连喷3次.     

网络安全新思路

从计算机网络体系结构出发，阐述了常规网络安全体系，分析了网络中存在的安全威胁因素，针对计算机网络体系结构OSI参考模型给出了4～7层网络安全新技术，介绍了利用专用硬件，使两个网络在不连通的情况下实现数据安全传输和资源共享的安全隔离产品GAP信息安全新技术，在此基础上探讨了网络安全的发展趋势。     

Impact of nuclear actin on the prophase chromosome construction of Physarum polycephalum

A cell-free system efficiently promoting mitosis has been developed using the precise natural synchronous plasmodium of Physarum polycephalum. The content changes of nuclear cyclin B were exploited to represent the prophase process of Physarum polycephalum. The possible function of nuclear actin on chromosome construction was investigated by detecting the content changes of nuclear cyclin B in the late G2 phase nuclei treated with cytochalasin B and incubated in the cell-free system. Our results showed that nuclear actin plays an important role in the process of the chromosome construction.     

英国动物性食品安全研究现状及我国优先发展领域

本文介绍了英国等欧盟国家的动物性食品安全研究现状;探讨了我国目前在动物性食品安全研究中存在的问题;并从残留代谢组学、营养基因组学、动物性食品功能基因组学、动物性食品病原微生物、疯牛病检测技术及动物源食品安全相关的环境生态学研究等方面,提出了我国动物性食品安全的优先研究领域。     

Recent Progress of Somatic Cell Nuclear Transfer in Pigs

Research in the field of somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) and transgenic cloning in pigs has become a global hotspot，because porcine organs probably can be the first source of donor organs for human xenotransplantation. In recent years, though great progress has been made in porcine SCNT, the efficiency of nuclear transfer remains very low (<1%). Thus, it is necessary to improve the procedure of nuclear transfer and to investigate some basic problems further. Recent progress and the related problems of SCNT in pigs are reviewed and analyzed so as to offer some beneficial illumination to researchers.

在21世纪全球化浪潮中,中国的文化安全问题更加突出.我国要树立科学的发展观,进一步加快文化建设的发展步伐,提高全民族的文化安全意识,全面实施文化安全战略,强化防范意识,构筑起文化安全的有效防范体系,确保中国的文化安全.     

道路交通安全评价方法

为了准确的得进行道路交通安全评价。在分析国内外道路交通安全现状的基础上，对影响道路交通安全的影响因素进行了分析，重点评述了绝对数法、事故率法、事故强度分析法，概率一数理统计法、模型法、时间序列分析法和灰色评价方法等国内外道路交通安全的各种评价方法，指出了各种评价方法的优缺点及其适用性，结果对道路交通安全评价有一定的参考价值。
